We had a request to see how much the VOMO, Voice Over MObile Recording Studio, cuts out noise, so we  put it to a test to measure noise reduction in different locations. We tested VOMO’s efficacy in blocking traffic noise from a highway. We also tested it in a coffee shop with people and music playing.  We even tested near a busy airport to see how effective the VOMO’s soundproofing versus the planes taking off and landing.
Each test lasted about three minutes to make sure that the results were reliable. We used SPL meters to measure the effects and display the results. They were better than we even expected! See for yourself…
